Arrows creating particles

If an arrow was created by commands, it emits blue effect particles.
Also works with normal arrows (shot with bow), after quitting and re-entering the world.
It only works with standard arrows, not with tipped/spectral arrows.

How to reproduce:

• Create a new world in creative mode

• Shoot an arrow with a bow

• Quit

• Re-enter

• Go to creative mode

• Fly up

• Type this command: /summon arrow ~ ~-1 ~

• Go down again
