Can confirm for 18w16a on Windows 7 64bit. However, the output is completely black, with no window title. Using the built-in screenshot function (F2 by default) works normally though. Not sure if this is a Minecraft-related issue as I suspect it's just Windows not being able to capture the game. (I've seen this occuring in other OpenGL applications before.)
Note that all of the above is based on the assumption that the reporter used the Windows function of PrtScr (as opposed to assigning PrtScr to the built-in screenshot function in Minecraft).
