showing nbt while signing on a book

When signing on a book, it shows "siblings=[]...." which seems to be the code of the book's nbt under the place to enter the name of the book. This never shows under an 1.12 condition.

1.get a book with pen
2.click on the left button of signing
3.see if there is this string
