when this screen appears my nvidia graphic card will go compleetly bezerk and the intire screen will flash black and place green squares on youtube videos open at that time minecraft's window will be 100% white and the only way to get the mouse is by pressing CTRL-ALT-DELTE this bug might also be caused by youtube beeing open at the same time as minecraft since i have seen it the most when running these two!
i also only tested it in windowed mode
p.s i culnt attach the log files so please contact me if you need them!
also in 1.12 the mouse doesnt lock and the cpu isnt eated nor is the ram
