Newly created "map item" isn't centered on player location

When right-clicking an empty map, the newly created map item's center is not the position of the player in the map.

Reproduce:

• Create a new world in creative mode

• Give yourself an empty map

• Right click the map

• Hold the map in your hands

You can also reproduce this by creating a map from scratch (paper + compass).
