I can not create worlds, nor enter servers, let alone access worlds already created by me!

My name and Gabriel(I'm brazilian) and I played this game about 5 years, in the middle of version 1.5.1 of the Game, so from there to here never occurred any problem with my Game, I always played the original (full access), but in the last month I'm having a serious problem that makes it impossible for me to play.
As soon as Snapshot 18w10d of the game was released, as an updated Player, I downloaded the Snapshot and the game started normally, when after that no map opened, much less servers, I closed and opened the same several times, and nothing changed, I tried in all the other versions and nothing, was when I decided to take the time and wait for other snapshots.
After doing several tests. The next week, my friend lay in the game I came home to play, I warned of the problem, and when he insisted to play, I left to show the error, I did not change anything, I still gave the error (even after restarting. minecraft and reinstall the game several times), to my surprise when he tried to create the world (which takes about 30 seconds at most) the game started normally, managing to access the world as if nothing had happened, after that I found that MOJANG had corrected the error, then the next day for lack of time, I did not start the game, after 2 days my friend had gone home, I tried to play and the error persisted, was when I decided to take the time to cool my head and try to think in something. 1 week later I started to search in all the forum I found, in all the videos of the internet, and found nothing that compared to what happened to me, desperate I tried to update everything from my PC (that never gave problem start the game, and has a media configuration), I updated all the Drives of the PC, Java and Windows, everything that appeared I updated, was when I began to realize that when I opened a world, my processor and memory went up in such a way to beat 97 , 98%, only with the game opened, which never happened before, sometimes the game even caught the entire PC, having the only way to unlock by restarting it.
Then one day I left the game open (even locked) for about two hours, and the game after that, that day worked again, after that it was not repeated again.
After that I started to monitor the "Game Log" when trying to open a map, it was at that moment that I recognized the error and returned to search, the error always occurred at the time of the adjustment of the load of chunks, ie the map and created, or open normally, but at the time of loading the chunks the crash game occurring all mentioned previously by me.
After much searching, I found Gabriel Mesquita's Commentary (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-126488) that had the same problem as me, plus the moderator who answered it, scored as a duplicate and gave a answer, which did not solve anything, after contacting Gabriel he said that he managed to make the game work, after completely restoring his PC, which I can not do, because I have important data stored in it, and I do not have where to store such data.
So far I have not found anything on the internet, it has been almost a month since the problem started and I can not play since then, I will attach photos of the errors that are occurring, along with the settings of my PC, I ask you to pay special attention because you can have occurred with other people, not information about this error on the internet.
An important detail and that the account and the worlds work in other weaker PCs, and the Snapshot 18w10d is no longer available in its place there is version 18w10b.
I wrote this message on 04/26/2018, but yesterday when I went to capture the error screen the game simply worked as if nothing had happened, so I played all day with my friend, no error occurred, today I opened the game in the same period as yesterday, but the problem came back, this time I was able to take the Prints and I will attach in this comment, I hope they help me !!!!!!

Okay, sorry, you know what the error is?

If it hasnt been resolved I recomend haveing everything closed while loading minecraft so that way your computer can put as much effort into minecraft as it can
