All Summoned villagers replant crops

While in a village I was summoning a large amount of villagers with a command block for no particular reason. Then I noticed that whenever a crop grew a group of villagers reguarless of occupation would rush over to replant. I then killed all of the villagers with a command and summoned one at a time with the same command (/summon minecraft:villager ~ ~ ~) and Bonemealed some crops to see if they would rush over to replant, which they did. This only seems to be the case with summoned villagers and not ones from spawn eggs. I didn't have much time to show it properly in the video.
