27 Bookshelves placed down first, Then, Enchantment Table cause a ?Weird? Crash

So as I was messing around in the new snapshot 18w16a and decided to build some buildings and when I gotten around to the Enchantment Table I decided to do some tests of some possible good enchantments. So what I did first was I placed down the 27 bookshelves then I finally placed down the enchantment table last in the very center and, exactly when that, I crashed but only to the Minecraft | Main Menu screen at least.

Sadly, I didn't had the time to record the proof of it happening and I wouldn't be able to screenshot it since there's no actual way to see the evidence doing it, so, I just hope you take my words for truth cause this is my first to crash by this weird crash. I think it may have to do something with the "symbols" coming out of the bookshelves that cause a enormous ?particles? going into the enchantment table, I don't really know though.

Can you please upload the log file? (.minecraft/logs/latest.log if you haven't played the game again; otherwise it'll be one of the compressed ones from today)

@[Mod] Pokechu22 I'll turn back on the Snooper Settings. The reason I turned them off I was testing something if I can have better FPS if I turned it off and it did work so I'll setup the Snooper Settings back on for you to collect the information.
And I might do it in the latest snapshot 18w19b cause I have 2 bugs where if you shift-click any enchanted books into the anvil it just crashed my world or I either did it too quickly. And for some reason the tools and weapons are acting weird they're making a weird stuttering where it's trying show up in the hand or off-hand and doesn't show it.

Incomplete without a crash report from (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt). Please attach it to this ticket so that we can diagnose your issue.
