[MC-12913] when using an invalid number/name to the /weather command, no message will be produced

Steps to reproduce

Type /weather and then any word other than thunder, rain or clear
Observe your chat box, there will be no message saying that what you wrote was invalid, you can compare with /gamemode to see if there actually is a message

i dont know, and all my unconfirmed/resolved reports have been delted :s

its not cannot reproduced its fixed

i went back and tested it on 1.5.1 and the bug is very much present

Fixed in 1.7.9 or the 1.8 snapshots ?

it was actually fixed in a pre 1.7.9 version, but is present in 1.6.4 or earlier, so I'm guessing it was fixed in a 1.7 snapshot
