16x16 cube of dark oak randomly generated. any blocks removed will become ghost blocks that return after logging out and in again.

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MC-125807.
It has been linked to this report. If you have additional information, please add it to that report. (The weird ghost block behavior is already noted there; it's definitely really strange)
