However, this issue is Invalid.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.12.2 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. The version you are playing is years outdated and not supported anymore.

Support for ingame twitch broadcasting has ended (on both sides). Use an external program instead, such as OBS.
