[MC-129221] Putting item with NBT in anvil interface crashes the game

I'm playing in snapshot 18w19a and I was going to rename a chest in an anvil. The chest had spawn eggs in it. When I shift clicked the chest the world saved it self and closed the game.
I tried it with an empty chest and it worked 100% fine!

I added my log file to the attachments!

Environment

Snapshot version 18w19a
I have the latest Java version, updated 5/5 - 18
I run a windows 10 machine with an Intel Processor and a Nividia 1060 grafics card.

Confirmed for 18w19a. I added a crash report.
!Important note: The game does not manage to save when the game crashes.

That is what i thought was wierd as well but the first time I saw the save screen for half a second and then it crashed but the second time it did just crash immediately.

This happens for more than just renaming an item for me. It happens every time I interact with an anvil.
