Bug with commands!!!!!

When use command give @p stone{} all work fine | When use give @p stone{ench:[]} item buggy (all data tags not working)!
And when item buggy his animation always reloading attack and sometimes crashing.
And use command give @p diamond{display:{Name:""}} to crash game and then cant load world. <--- very cool
