Enchanted weapons and tools

When enchanting tools or weapons, they disappear from the screen when you go to use them and will randomly appear as if the left mouse button is being pressed ridiculously fast, faster than is humanly possible. This makes breaking blocks in survival mode impossible. It doesn't matter if they are enchanted by a table or through commands or even using enchanted books and anvils.
