Anvil doesn't repair items when using other language than English (US)

When using an anvil in Multiplayer to repair an item while playing with a different language than English (US) it returns the item and the material used to repair it. The levels you need are taken from you and return in the moment you gather some XP. After changing the language to English (US) everything works fine.
