Minecraft Launcher Exit Code: -1073740940

Alright, so I have been recently starting to play Minecraft again after some time not playing it. The first day went without problems, but yesterday I came to play, turned on my resourcepack, turned Custom Items, Mobs and Sky on, then turned Mobs off because I didn't want it, and then it crashed. Never wanted to open again, every time I tried the log output gave me an "Error Code: -1073740940". I have tried every single step that I know, (reinstalling MC, reinstalling Java, reinstalling Graphic Drivers) but nothing worked. I feel kinda helpless right here, because why would it just stop functioning at a random time?
