Teleporting to another player on a lan server across dimensions will teleport the player properly to the same coordinates as the one being teleported to with the proper orientation. This works cross dimension as stated earlier no matter the dimension of each player and will teleport to the exact coordinates, not the corresponding coordinates in the nether (1/8th of the value).
