The issue makes it so i have to turn off my computer or close the laptop screen then reopen it to fix it and it makes it so my keyboard is unresponsive after about 30 minutes of playing also there is another bug when recording with obs and switching out of fullscreen on minecraft with alt f4 crashes the game hope these get fixed the first bug also happens on all versions snapshots

So far that ive found when playing offline my keyboard shuts down randomly and becomes unresponsive but never happens when playing online

That keyboard issue sounds like an issue with your computer, not with Minecraft.
That's not how you close fullscreen mode. Alt+F4 means "Close this program, now!". It's like that for every single program by the way.
