Armor slots in inventory are upside down in terms of placement

In both the survival and creative inventories, the armor slot graphics are reversed in their placements.

The boot graphic is displayed where the helmet graphic should be.

The helmet graphic is displayed where the boot graphic should be.

The chest graphic is displayed where the leggings graphic should be.

The leggings graphic is displayed where the chest graphic should be.

Not sure why it's like that. I haven't messed with any graphics settings ingame, nor have I messed with game files.
