However, this issue is Invalid and a duplicate of MC-113410.

(assuming you are referring to ingame twitch streaming found in old versions by pressing F6)

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.12.2 and the latest snapshot.

Support for ingame twitch broadcasting has ended (on both sides). Use an external program instead, such as OBS.
