Music AND Sound must be turned up to hear music disk play. This does not effect regular music that plays without a jukebox.

It wasn't working if I turned my sound up and had my music off. I am not confusing this with MC-22, though I did notice that happening.
Cannot reproduce. It is only dependent upon the "Sound" volume. Make sure you aren't confusing this with MC-22.
