Survival mode ignore Mob Spawner BlockEntityTag NBT

Use this command to get a mob spawner

/give @s mob_spawner{BlockEntityTag:{SpawnData:{id:"minecraft:cow"}}}

Place the spawner in creative mode contain all NBT as expected but in survival mode will erase all data inside BlockEntityTag
