[MC-130296] Entities and chests becoming invisible when switching fullscreen to window

When moving from full-screen to normal window (any size), entities become invisible, also applying to any chests (normal, ender and shulkers). This also happens when minecraft is minimised in any type of viewing.

Screenshot with debug screen is uploaded. The issue is still occurring in 18w22a as well.

Please install current nvidia geforce drivers 397.93, your's is 388.71
Please add more RAM to Minecraft, there are 98% of 1 GB used.

Updated the driver to 397.93 and allocated 6GB of RAM. The problem still occurs.
