Top Bubble Column Block Cannot Be Picked Up By an Empty Bucket

Though created by placing a water source block at the top of a 1x1 hole over soul sand (any height), once placed and the bubble column is formed, the resulting bubble column blocks may no longer be picked up by an empty bucket but must be destroyed by placing solid blocks in their place.
