[MC-130422] Item frame drops when you load a world from 1.12.2

All backup worlds I use to test the snapshot I see this glitches in item frames, but not happen in all, some of them just change the rotation

Platypus made me aware that lilypads also change their direction, going from 1.12.2 release to a 1.13 snapshot:

Sorry to ask again, but what about the different orientation of the lilypads?
