Snapshot 18w22a Fatal Error Chunk Loading on Server

Was just going around in my world on creative mode using empty maps. When all of a sudden the map stopped working where it wouldn't update, then I got timed out. I am forced to now restart my server repeatedly 3 times now and the bug is still there with the chunk not loading causing me to get timed out of the server and not able to log back in till I restart the server.
