Leaves disappear when they're placed by a player.
What I expected to happen was...:
I supposed the leaves don't disappears
What actually happened was...:
Some leaves (not all) actually disappear randomly
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play in Minecraft 18w22(a,b or c) versions on a server in creative mode
2. Create a palm like tree with jungle wood and jungle leaves
3. Wait and watch the leaves
Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
