Creative Inventory scroll position resets when alt-tabbing

The Creative inventory scroll position is reset when alt-tabbing out and back into the game. I've checked this on 1.12.2 and it does not happen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new world (creative)

2. Open the creative Inventory (be sure to be on a tab that has a scroll bar)

3. Scroll a bit through the items

4. Alt tab to windows

5. Alt tab back into the game

Expected result: The scroll position should remain as before alt tabbing out of the game

Actual result: The scrollbar goes back to the top
