[MC-130843] Map is gray

I open a map from a world from 18w16a and the map is all grey will only a few green leaves?

Happens in worlds corrupted by 18w16.

Re-create the world in 1.13 release version or restore a backup from before 18w16

i have build everything though... i dont want to delete everything, ive found a fix but its tedious. place a whole load of blocks over the map and then set air and it updated it i see why it bugs now... you guys fixed the grass bug...
