when i explore a ocean, baby dolphins aren,t spawning unlike the bedrock edition. can this be changed in the 2nd pre-release please?

Baby dolphins don't exist on 1.13-pre1. I checked that using
[media]/data get entity @e[type=dolphin,limit=1]and tried to get the Age and isBaby tags, but...Also, if you please could remove the "please fix this in 1.13 pre release 2." text because it doesn't describe the bug.
