Enchanted Book

Summary

All of my book that i enchanted have all turned into protection so if you have silk touch it turns to protection 1 2 3 or 4

What I expected to happen was...:
To make enchanted books not turn into protection 

What actually happened was...:
I have afk fishing farm look at all my book had mending a few minutes latter went to get the book to put on my pick and it was protection all the books were protection 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ... Enchant book
2. ...Wait a while

3... It will change to a protection book

4... This might only be on survival
