The chunk in the center of an oceanmonument gets corupted after updating from 18w16a to 1.13-pre1.
By corupted, I mean the chunk will return the way you left it in 18w16a after reloading the world, every time you reload the world the corupted chunk will return the way it was in 18w16a.

most probably by some of the weird bugs in 18w16.
What happens when you load a pre-18w16 backup?
This world was made in 18w16a, The bug had to have happend in 18w16a or 1.13-pre1 because those where the only snapshots this world has been in.
I've now also attached a Launcher_log.txt file of me entering the 18w16a backup. I've entered this backup in snapshot 18w16a.
The corupted chunk in the middle of the ocean monument did not accure in this snapshot.
Only when i upgraded to 1.13-pre1
Update:
When upgrading the world to 1.13-pre3 the guardans spawn again. This used to be not the case.
The chunk still has issues saving in 1.13-pre3.
Please attach the launcher_log.txt after loading the world in 1.13-pre1
