This bug wont allow the textures to load when entering a world or server

When i load in my world or a server, for 2 seconds everything is normal ,all the textures properly working , but then i get a lag spike and all my textures disappear and everything looks weird and unplayable (ts like when you use a piston to push a leaf into your head with graphics on fast so you could see the mines in the ground with all those black textures. it seems like only the blocks get affected, the entities don't get affected, also when i hold the blocks in my hand they still don't appear neither when trown on the grownd. It happens in old and newly created worlds .Also only chest and trapped chest have textures. I have tried everything reinstalled minecraft 3-4 times, switched on and off every single setting but i couldn't find the issue, i really want to play on one of my favorite servers but i cant because this bug cant let me do it ;(. I would be very thank full if you could help me resolve this bug. Thanks 😉.
