I placed a crafting table and at the same time a villager walked into the space where the table was being placed. The crafting table was sent back to the where it was on the hot bar, but the icon was not being rendered.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.13.2, or the latest snapshot 19w12b) of Minecraft?
