shoot an arrow then immediately save and quit to title. upon re-entering the world you might catch a glimpse of blue potion particles from the arrow resetting.

Also noticed that the "owner" tag for arrows isn't stored in nbt like snowballs or eggs. Not sure if that's intentional.
