[MC-131623] Chunks are Missing, and i spawned in the void

I created a new World, and I spawned in the Void and Died, then I respawned on land, and i saw that there were chunks missing everywhere. Please fix this.

This is a known downgrade issue from 1.13 and specifically warned against by the game.

I did not even use this world in 1.13. I Created this world in 1.12.2 and i spawned in the void.

Probably you created the world in an older version and when you logged with the affected version it corrupted. If not, please, delete this world and create a new one. This is not a common error.
