[MC-131716] Insane riptide elytra boost

Dive into water with elytra. Then use a riptide trident. You will get an above-clouds boost with riptide 3. Also, you get free propulsion while it's raining. You should add some checks to make sure this dosent happen.

This is not a suggestion. This is what happens. Also, rainstorms give you a ton of free propulsion.

It is, since the developers programmed the riptide enchantment as it is right now, and is working as they intended to. If, though, you want to nerf it, use r/minecraftsuggestions, a subreddit designed specifically for suggestions to the game. (some of them do get implemented!)
