[MC-131776] Textures go invisable when exiting fullscreen mode

Some textured will disappear after you exit full screen mode. and requires you to relaunch minecraft to fix it.

Cannot reproduce in 1.13-pre3.

Pressing F3+T reloads all textures and should fix your problem.

I've tried that and also did F3+A to reload all the chunks and the textures are still missing.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
