Custom enchantment dosen't work with 'StoredEnchantement' tag

Give a custom enchantement with tag StoredEnchantements.

/give @p minecraft:enchanted_book{StoredEnchantments:[{id:"minecraft:Test"}]}

Merge this with diamond_sword for exemple.
