Mega Taiga biomes generate with half-height tallgrass/large ferns

Mega Taiga generate with the top block of the tall grass and large ferns cut off. Note that this doesn't happen in regular Taiga or other biomes to my knowledge. (Actually Taiga biomes can have broken grass, but it doesn't happen in every instance like in the Mega variant)
