Clock stuck

Hi,

Recently I've noticed my clock keeps getting stuck at either midnight or noon. It won't move. I've tried dropping it, putting it in a chest and quitting and restarting. When I quit and restart it will spin for a second then go back to the inaccurate stuck time. Help?!
