Heads are the only thing on there, bodies are gone

Also in the beginning, my avatar doesn't show as well, just the head, I'm sure other people might not have this glitch because my siblings Minecraft isn't doing the same thing as mine, I lost my worlds trying to fix the problem before coming to y9ou guys to help, hope your able to fix it ):
