[MC-132085] Placing End Crystal despawns Ender Dragon

Placing an End Crystal as soon as possible when one enters the End for the very first time despawns the Ender Dragon and opens the portal to the Overworld

Don't say that this works/doesn't work with Optifine or Forge.

Modded versions of the game are not supported.
