Swimming on land, and can't stand up

When swimming in water and sprinting. If you leave the water while still sprinting you will stay in the swimming animation while out of water. The bug is not being able to stand up until you get back into water

I had that problem too.

I saw your issue. I went back in time to this version of the encounter Using the Minecraft Launcher and encountered the exact SAME Error

you can fix this by returning to the water and getting in a minimum of 2 blocks tall space for your character to stand, make sure not to swim again
