perhaps the bug was that items picked up by skeletons appear invisible? ill check into it

@[Mod] Anon Ymus No, the skeleton didn't shoot me at any time. When I kill him, he left me bones and experience, but no arrows or a bow too.

Actually, I would say intended because mobs such as skeletons and zombies pick up and drop items randomly during their lifetime. The skeleton lost the bow and did not pick up another item.
