[MC-132485] /locate doesn't find villages in superflat worlds.

Glitch present in pre-4 and pre-5 (i created new world for pre-5 went to see if glitch present in pre-4)

We need more information! Please, could you explain a bit more your issue? Did you create only 1 world and you (re)opened it with those 2 versions or you created 2 worlds?

However, can confirm for MC 1.13-pre5.
