[MC-132493] Slab water log texture

In 1.13-pre 3 when a slab Is waterlogged, the water on the sides of the water texture is not there.

So you only see the water on the top of the slab, not the sides

Prerelease 3 or 5? Don't put the wrong version under the affected versions.

It says I can't put pre-3, I haven't played pre-5 yet. If pre-3 doesn't matter anymore then I will delete it.

I wonder why they don't let you submit bug reports for older snapshots 🤔

I think I know what you're talking about; this bug has since been fixed.
