[MC-132501] Sprinting in water before swimming animation

When I try to go swimming with sprint he act like there is one height water block and just sprinting in it (before swimming animation started). When I stop sprinting i start drowning. Same thing when I start sprinting on top on the water.

Same thing on 1.13-pre3

Nope, before swimming animation started when you are 'staying' in the water you can start sprint and when you are sprinting you are not going down you just walking on nothing.
