[MC-132709] Breaking and placing

I can't hear the sound of breaking or placing kelp, seagrass, coral, coral fans and sea pickels.

Cannot reproduce. Try deactivating your texture packs; check if your sound configuration is correct & try restarting your game.

I don't use any texture pack, sound configuration is good.I restart the game, same issue, I try in a second new creted world, nothing change.

Also cannot reproduce.
