Holding the sneak key and the jump key while flying

Holding the sneak key (by default, shift) and the jump key (by default, space) while moving in fly mode causes the player to move slowly. Without pressing the jump key, the player descends at a normal flying speed. Tested in singleplayer and multiplayer.
